چکیده
The cooling condition has a significant effect in the metal cutting industry, which crucial role and lubricating workpiece-tool interface, reducing friction, removing chips from area. Almost 15-20% of overall machining cost was incurred lubrication. So, considerable can be occurred due to supply, preparation, disposal lubricants. Moreover, exposure these substances pollute environment hamper operators' health. Therefore, late, researchers have been giving priority investigate effects Minimum Quantity Lubrication (MQL) techniques as it alleviates coolant usage by splashing fluid compressed air mixtures. In this lubrication technique, maximum flow is less than 50ml/h, whereas flooded technology uses up 12,000 litres per hour. Most found that lower coefficient better surface finish, reduced forces, torques obtained using MQL method an optimized manner compared dry wet machining. besides improving machinability characteristics, technique also complies with green sustainable Thus, prospective solution processing. This paper represents brief discussion mechanism on performance parameters different processes.
